Grace was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the US in 2003 for her husband’s graduate studies. She has successfully raised their family of 4 kids, who are now ages 20, 18, 16, and 14. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Grace\u2019s words, \u201cIt’s been quite a journey of many ups and downs, but we carry on, just trying to find balance and live our best lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think her story is relatable to many women, and I love being able to highlight each woman’s individual stories!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n We moved to TN over 5 yrs ago, and I found this liberating group dance fitness called REFIT <\/a>(REvolutionizing FITness). It helps you recognize that you are ENOUGH at whatever age, weight, and phase you’re on. The workouts are not just about the muscle but more so about the heart. I have started embracing my hair full of grays, the post-pregnancy weight that doesn’t want to budge, and just danced<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Lighten up; it’ll all come to pass.
