I don’t usually start a post with an image…I always feel like I want to introduce the set of photos first. But I couldn’t help it with this particular post because each and every photo is just so gorgeous, I squealed with delight the whole time I was editing through them. So that, up there, that’s Missy. I got to work with her recently and she just knocked it out of the park at her Glamour Session. Besides having a body that just don’t quit – um look below for amazing abs – she is so sweet and very funny! We connected almost immediately and it was such a breeze to photograph her.
Not only was she able to give me that vavavoom dramatic look like the photo above, she also could bring it down and soften it up for beautiful backlit portraits like below.
Missy is a wake surfer and lives an active healthy lifestyle which was very inspiring to me. I mean, those abs make you want to head to the gym right?

This is one of my absolute favorites from the session. I love the color tones, the connection and the smoldering eyes.

Missy just fell into a relaxed position while I was adjusting my lights and when I looked up, it was perfect – simple, natural and beautiful. I had to snap at least one shot before we moved on. Very girl next door, I think.
