Why Choose a Full-Service Nashville Photographer?
Why choose a full-service Nashville photographer? Well, when you work with a full-service photographer like myself, you’re not just getting someone to snap a few photos. You’re getting a partner throughout the entire process!
I will guide you through the entire process, including planning your photoshoot, choosing the right wardrobe, and selecting beautiful wall art for your home.
So if you feel like you’d appreciate having someone hold your hand through the process, then you’re in the right place! I’m here to take the stress out of photography and make it a fun and enjoyable experience for you!
Creating a Personalized Experience
I understand that some of my clients have had negative experiences with other photographers in the past. But I am determined to make their experience with me nothing less than amazing. From start to finish, I strive to create a fun, personalized, and stress-free experience.
We always have a planning consultation before each shoot, so you know what to expect every step of the way. And if you have any of the common fears listed below, we’ll address them as we go. You’re in great hands with me!
Common fears or hesitations clients come to me with:
- Not having a timeline for their photoshoot. That doesn’t happen with me. I give you an exact timeline, so if you’re a planner or have a busy schedule, you know exactly what steps are happening next.
- Not knowing what to wear. This is completely normal! I’ll help you choose the best wardrobe options for you, your session, and what your final photos will be used for.
- Not knowing how to pose. It’s okay! Most people don’t know how to pose, even if they’re in front of a camera all the time. I’ll pose you from head to toe and put myself into the poses so you can see exactly what I’m looking for.
- Feeling awkward in front of the camera. Again, this is pretty common. My studio is private and a judgment-free zone. We’ll play music, laugh, and have a great time. You have my word!
Planning Your Photoshoot with a Nashville Photographer
Planning your photoshoot is so much more than just picking a wardrobe and props. It’s about understanding the look and feeling you want to achieve and then creating a plan to make it happen.
The first step in making that happen is a design consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss what your needs are for your photos, what background colors you’re drawn to, and what vibe or aesthetic you want. Then we’ll dive into hair and wardrobe planning.
Wardrobe Selection
I know figuring out exactly what to wear can be a daunting task but don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! Together, we’ll pull together the perfect outfits to make you feel confident and beautiful in front of the camera.
I have plenty of client examples I can show you, a client wardrobe with items you’re welcome to wear, and we also create a Pinterest board to plan your perfect session.
Trust me, I’ll make sure you look (and feel) like a million bucks!
Posing Techniques
Posing can be intimidating, but here’s the thing – it’s MY job to pose you! You don’t need to be a model or have poses memorized. As a professional photographer, I know that my job is to make you look your best, and that includes posing.
Some clients think they need to know how to model or pose themselves, but let me tell you, that’s simply not true! I’ll guide you through every step of the way, from head to toe. I’ll even put myself in the pose first, so you can see exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll make sure you feel comfortable, natural, and confident in front of the camera.
Bringing Your Images to Life: Wall Art and Print Options
After your photoshoot, you’ll come back in to choose your final images, and once again, I’ll guide you through this process too! This is one of the most exciting parts of the process – seeing it all come together!
We’ll go through your photos one by one and narrow them down to your favorites. I’ll help you pick the perfect pieces for your space and style. I can even show you how your photos will look as framed wall art in your home using special software in my studio!
We love to hear from our clients and love to share encouraging words with others. Sometimes it can help ease any potential fears or hesitations you might have if you’re considering a photoshoot.
